I found this post late at night, so decided to wait till the next morning to administer the punishment so the sound of it didn’t wake anyone sleeping in the other room.
It took me several tries to get right – and, to be honest, I may have cheated slightly. I first picked a wooden spoon and then, standing in my bedroom, I dropped my pants and then my boxers and stood in the position you described and spanked myself two or three times on my right butt cheek.
